Stand Up Straight & Tall with Pontoon Boat Legs

Hydraulic straight pontoon legs are a great addition to any twin or triple pontoon boat. Get rid of your normal pontoon lift and use Hewitt's pontoon legs to have a pontoon lift anywhere you go. They use heavy-duty 6" diameter aluminum tubing for superior strength and greater load carrying capacity than other sea legs. The pontoon leags feature dual synchronized hydraulic pumps on the front and rear legs. Since each leg is connected to its own pump, we can provide faster extension and retraction of the pontoon legs. This also allows the front and rear to be operated independently, allowing you to level your pontoon boat no matter what is below.

Main Features

Wireless remote control and hard-wired onboard control with LiftTrack^TM.
32” long self-adjusting feet. Feet pivot independently of the legs to compensate for uneven terrain. The large tubular design evenly distributes the pontoon’s weight for excellent stability, even on soft bottoms.

Suitable For Existing Trailers & Pontoons

Hewitt pontoon leg assemblies are solidly bolted to the existing frame members of your pontoon boat and will not interfere with trailering or normal boating operations. In the retracted postion, Hewitt pontoon legs extend less than 6.5" below the deck allowing the use of scissor or bunk style trailers. Hydraulic straight leg models add approximately 425 lbs with a capacity of 6,000 lbs. Each leg assembly stands on a 30" long pivoting foot that compensates for uneven terrain and provides excellent stability, even on soft bottoms. At maximum leg extension, the underside of the boat's deck is 72" above the bottom of the feet.

PONTOON LEG'S FEATURES

On-Board Pendant and Wireless Remote

On-board pendant style control allows the front and rear legs to be operated in tandem for easy leveling. LiftTrack™, a unique LED arc-of-travel indicator, shows the relative position of the legs at all times. The wireless key fob remote control offers the added convenience of raising or lowering your boat from the shore or dock.

2″ Hydraulic Cylinders

Hewitt's hydraulic straight pontoon legs use 2" diameter hydraulic cylinders. This makes them 20% stronger than other pontoon sea legs on the market.

Leg assemblies in stowed position

The pontoon leg assemblies are solidly bolted to the existin frame members of your pontoon boat and will not interfere with trailering or normal boating operations.

Dual Synchronized Pumps

Dual synchronized hydraulic pumps for Straight Legs and Wide-Base Legs.
Hewitt's straight leg version (also our Wide-base version) have dual synchronized hydraulic pumps to ensure no left or right lean.
