Constant exposure to sun, wind and driving rain can ruin your watercraft from the inside out. Cracking, fading and peeling not only takes away from the look, comfort and function of your boat, it reduces the value of your investment. Hewitt’s custom-designed aluminum framed canopies give you this needed protection. Available in a variety of great colors and sizes, our nylon-reinforced vinyl canopies provide years of beautiful, maintenance-free protection and can be designed for other applications as well, including carports, boat slip covers and rail system covers. Standard Canopy
Canopy frame with crossbows positioned every two feet. Canopy is solidly mounted on telescoping legs with 3” x 3” side support tubes.
Tower Canopy
Arched canopy provides greater vertical clearance, allowing boat towers and pontoon Bimini tops to remain in upright position for storage.
Peak Roof Canopy
Steeply pitched canopy rapidly sheds water. Higher profile and clean lines accentuate the color of your canopy.
Curtains
Hewitt Mesh Curtain Canopies provide durable protection for your lift. Breathable mesh allows air flow while keeping birds and other nuisances out of your canopy. Create a custom-fit canopy using our seven sizes.
Functionality and Great Appearance
Choose the canopy frame design and the cover's fabric and color that suits your needs and completes your waterfront. Our four canopy frame styles – Standard, Tower, Curtain, and Peak Roof – are built with the same Hewitt strength you’ve come to know. Each features large 3” x 3” aluminum side-rails with support bows positioned every 18” to 24”. Our canopies are built for long-lasting durability, featuring multiple connection points to the frame, reinforced corner patches, center snaps and webbing straps at tie-down points which are secured by at least three layers of material and distribute pressure over a wider area than traditional grommets competitors use.
Pontoon & Boat Lift Canopy Covers
Superior Quality with 40 Years of Experience
We’ve been manufacturing pontoon & boat lift canopy covers for over 40 years, and we do it right. Not only are our covers double stitched, but all top and middle seams are heat welded to prevent thread rot and water leakage. Our covers are tailor-cut with state-of-the-art CNC equipment to properly fit their frames. Installation and removal is simple with standard tension cords which keep the canopy covers taut. Our covers are available in many sizes and can be designed for other applications as well, including carports, boat slip covers and rail system covers.
