Digital Experience Specialist

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be a key player in shaping our digital presence, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels. Compensation: Hourly position with a pay range of $21.00-23.00 an hour depending on experience
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. 
Reports to:
Digital Solutions Manager.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position that requires you to be onsite. The hours of this position may vary depending on the shift schedule chosen.  Shift schedule start times consist of 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 or 7:30 Monday-Friday. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
Product Enrichment:
Enhance product information through additional details, images, and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enriched product content.
Optimize product data for better user engagement.
Web UX:
Improve user experiences on our website.
Optimize navigation, layout, and accessibility.
Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance web design.
Content Management:
Create and manage compelling content across digital channels.
Craft persuasive copy for product landing pages.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Social Media:
Work closely with marketing to assist in
Developing and executing social media strategies.
Creating engaging content for social platforms.
Assuring brand alignment across channels
Business Central (BC) Integration:
Collaborate with BC teams to: 
Ensure completeness and compliance of product data.
Manage item card updates (e.g., renaming, location changes).
Develop a roadmap for product data management.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2+years’ experience in product/content management or digital production/UX for a global website, business technology, marketing, or similar roles.
Familiarity with content creation, blogs, social media, Business Technology
Strong understanding of product data management.
Desire to learn and grow along with our company.
2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite.  
 
 
Physical Requirements: 
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  
Bending at times.
